Learn how to build with SuperAdobe and other natural technologies to create more fire resistant homes. This is aimed at anyone interested, but specifically those affected by the recent Australian Bushfires.
We will be hosting a relaxed, informative one-day workshop where we present our ideas as to how people can build with SuperAdobe and natural building technologies to create more fire resistant homes. There will also be a hands on demonstration where we will build a small seat, to showcase SuperAdobe’s simplicity and flexibility.
This is aimed at anyone interested, but specifically those affected by the recent Australian Bushfires. We desperately want communities to be rebuilding with intelligent, resilient designs, which will help keep them safe during fire events, and also to operate as stable homes to keep cool in summer and warm in winter.
We will be giving a presentation outlining some of our ideas and thoughts, followed by a relaxed hands-on introduction to earthbag and SuperAdobe building. We will then be rendering our creation in the afternoon.
This is a free event, and hopes to inspire those who have lost everything to rebuild with Earth, and their communities.
